Request Your Stay at This Is Livin’ Cabin
All reservations are submitted as requests and are reviewed before approval. Once we receive your request, we will review your dates, bedroom selections, guest information, and agreement to our house rules.
If your request is approved, we will send confirmation and payment instructions.
Because This Is Livin’ is a family-built cabin that means a great deal to us, we reserve the right to approve or decline reservation requests.
Bedroom Options
This Is Livin’ has 5 bedrooms total: four queen bedrooms and one kids room with eight twin beds.
Our base rate is $300/night, which includes any 2 bedrooms. Additional bedrooms are $75/night each. Guests may choose the bedrooms that best fit their group, whether that is two queen rooms, one queen room and the kids room, or all five bedrooms.
The kids room counts as one bedroom.
House Rules
To help keep This is Livin’ Cabin clean, comfortable, and enjoyable for all guests, we have a few important house rules. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted and large parties or events are not allowed on the property. All overnight guests must be included in the reservation and approved by the owners prior to the stay. Thank you for respecting these guidelines and helping us care for the cabin.
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation at least 30 days before check-in to receive a full refund. Cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in, but fewer than 30 days before check-in, are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are not eligible for a refund.
